“High Performance Green Buildings: the Future of Facilities Management” Romania Green Building Council together with Romanian Facility Management Association invites you to participate in a very exciting event about how a green building should be maintained and operated and how can you improve the performance of existing buildings by applying simple green building principles. Main topics will include:
The event will be opened by Mr. Steven Borncamp, President of Romania Green Building Council and will continue with the training offered by Mr. David Clark – Partner, CUNDALL. David Clark has over 18 years experience in building design (14 years in Australia), and embraces a multidisciplinary approach to design being chartered in both structural engineering and building services engineering. In 2003 he was the principal author of the first Green Star rating tool for the Green Building Council of Australia. His projects have won numerous sustainability awards. In 2008 David was named Sustainability Champion of the Year at the UK Buildings Services Sustainability Awards. David is a member of the British Council for Offices (BCO) Sustainability Group and the IStructE Sustainability Working Group. He has recently completed writing the Cundall Sustainability Handbook and finalised the company’s carbon footprint. Who: The event is addressed to facility managers but also to Building owners and tenants. Seats are limited. If the event is sold out before you register your name will be added to a waiting list.
