Square 7 Properties is the exclusive Country Partner of Mitiska REIM for retail parks in the Romanian market, since Mitiska REIM enter the Romanian market in 2012.
Through its group companies Squaretime, Squarebox and Switchboard, Square 7 Properties acts as Developer, Project Manager, Property Manager, Asset Manager and Facility Manager.
Square 7 Properties is co-owning and managing a portfolio of 25 retail parks in 24 cities in Romania, with a total GLA of 135.000 sqm.
