BREEAM In Use audit - The price of the course is £995 per person Course organized by professional BREEAM certified trainers. Entry Requirements: There are two possible entry routes for this course: Route 1 Currently qualified BRE Global assessors of one of the following:
- BREEAM Or Route 2 Those with at least two years full time experience (within the last five years) in one or more of the following professions:
- Building surveying

- The certification process Please note that if you wish to become a licensed BREEAM In-Use assessor you will need to submit an application form for licence after you have successfully passed the examination. RoGBC is the only organization focused on green buildings and on the sustainable built environment in Romania recognized at both national and international level, gathering the most important stakeholders in the construction sector, which have adopted similar principles and values to transform the built environment into a more sustainable, energy and resource efficient one. RoGBC advises municipalities in several cities in Romania on tax issues and is preparing the ethical code for the active green building professionals in Romania. We are pleased to expand our partnership with the Building Research Establishment (BRE) to educate as many Romanian professionals as possible to become both licensed BREEAM assessors and BREEAM In Use auditors.'' Also for the past weeks RoGBC has circulated a survey to assess the opportunity to adapt the international green building schemes to the environmental and economic conditions in Romania. RoGBC will support the development of a BREEAM NSO (National Scheme Operator) in collaboration with environmental NGOs, the industry and the respondents to the survey, which were included in the working group "Green Building Certification Task Group”. | |||||||||
