Creating a greener, healthier, more beautiful Romania we love with safe, sustainable buildings and communities is not just the responsibility of governments, but the responsibility of the private sector, the public institutions and civil society alike.

The BUILD UPON Info Session is opened to key stakeholders and interested persons driving the design and implementation of a long-term framework for scaling-up deep green, energy efficient renovation of the Romanian building stock.

The BUILD UPON project aims to support government in elaborating a new national strategy with ambitious and feasible objectives for deep green retrofit, as result of a collaborative cross-sectoral policy-making based on dialogue.
