| General Assembly - Nominees for RoGBC Board of Directors 2015-2016 | |||||||||

On July 15th 2015, we are organizing the General Assembly of Members when we will announce the new Board of Directors for 2015-2016. Memberc who can not attent the event can register online here.
The election procedure begins on 2th April 2015, for the new Board which includes:
1. Preparing the list of candidates based on our members nominees - deadline - 30th of April 2015
We are inviting all member companies to consider submitting a board candidate by completing, signing, and (if appropriate) stamping the also attached "RoGBC Director Nomination Form (attached) by 30th of April (end of business day).
Attached is information on the board structure, the roles and responsibilities of RoGBC directors and voting procedure for your information.
2. Collecting and counting the votes of the RoGBC members - between 30th of April - 14th of July.
We will send the ballots out. Members can cast their votes (one vote per member company) on-line sending emails up until 14th of July 2015, 6pm.
3. Announcing the Elected Board Members in the General Assembly of Members Meeting - 15th of July
