Location : online
From: Wednesday 27 October 2021, 10:00
To: Wednesday 27 October 2021, 12:00

All new buildings (which receive building permits issued as of January 1, 2021) must comply with the nZEB standard, and for public buildings, the standard has become mandatory from January 1, 2019.
The nZEB standard means that a building must have an energy consumption of almost zero and, moreover, receive 30% of the primary energy consumption from renewable sources on-site or at a maximum distance of 30 kilometers.

Conference objectives:
∙ Encouraging central authorities to adopt new calculation rules for nZEB buildings;
∙ Identifying the opportunities that the implementation of the nZEB directives in Romania can bring (increasing the quality of the real estate stock, increasing the value of the real estate stock, increasing the quality of housing, etc.);
∙ Identifying the help that the Romanian state can offer, from local or central level, for the implementation of nZEB standards;
∙ Drawing up solutions to increase the number of nZEB experts.

Conference “The nZEB standard, a new burden for Romania. How do manufacturers and developers adapt? ” is organized by Green Report on October 27, 2021, between 10am-12pm. It will be broadcast online on the Green Report Facebook page and on green-report.ro
